TRE®:  Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercise

TRE®: is an innovative series of exercises that helps the body release deeply held tension, stress, & trauma. Developed by David Berceli, PhD, TRE® safely activates a natural reflex mechanism of shaking or vibrating that releases muscular tension, calming down the nervous system. The exercises are safe and can be modified for almost all body types. 

TRE® is being taught in 35 countries and is presently being studied by the Veterans Administration. After doing TRE®, many people report feelings of peace and well-being.

A Typical Session Starts by stretching and fatiguing muscles in the feet, and legs that are connected to the fight/flight/freeze response.  These exercises help initiate your body’s own self-healing tremor.  Once the therapeutic tremor begins, you will lie comfortably on a mat and allow your body to release tension, stress and trauma.  You can book your individual session here:
