Inspired Multi-Dimensional Healing

Tai Chi & QiGong On-Line Classes

Spinning Silk QiGong

Tuesdays 4:30 - 5:30 pm ET

Spinning Silk/Coiling Silk QiGong is an ancient Chinese healing art which improves health and vitality, brings fluidity to all the joints, and calmness to body, mind and spirit.

The slow “coiling” movements unravel energy blocks creating greater flow and well-being.

Primordial QiGong

Wednesdays 11:30am - 12:30pm ET

Primordial QiGong is one of the oldest QiGong systems, and is considered a "complete" system in and of itself.

The simple, easy movements release old, stagnant energy, bring in fresh, new energy, and circulate that energy through the body to bring revitalization.

Beginner Tai Chi

Thursdays 4:30 - 5:30 pm ET

Tai Chi is a gentle form of exercise practiced in China for centuries. The slow, flowing movements provide the benefits of exercise without the stress and danger often found in high-impact sports. And best of all, it is a calming, mindful meditation practice.

Unlike other forms of exercise, Tai Chi builds step by step, skill upon skill. It's important to begin at the beginning, and learn each step before moving to the next

Testimonials

"I have been very fortunate to study Tai Chi from Johanna since the fall of 2008. She is an excellent instructor of the practice and a gifted group leader. Johanna has a wonderful way of celebrating each of her students' improvements as they learn and grow in class. She easily creates a welcoming environment for learning, meeting other students, and self exploration of the practice."
